Looking for practical resource material

Any suggestions or ideas or pointers towards practical teaching material resources illustrating business concepts/theory etc.. fed up of Chalk and talk workshops. Really into hands-on type stuff where participants can get involved and learn through practical illustration/demonstration. For those who were there, witness the low tech materials shown by Alison Price of Leeds Met. at the recent TE3 workshops in Birmingham.
